A full day in New York City, departing Sherwood early Friday and returning overnight. Times are estimates and may shift slightly with traffic and show timing.

A short stop at the Delaware House on the JFK Memorial Highway, Newark, DE, then back on the road.
Drop-off at 695 Park Avenue to begin the day.

Live On Broadway
In the evening, the group takes their seats for the Tony Award winning Broadway production of THE OUTSIDERS, based on S.E. Hinton's classic novel. After the performance, students stay for a talk back with a member of the cast, a behind-the-curtain look at the work and the craft.

Before You Go

Breakfast, lunch, dinner, and snacks for the day. Students bring a packed lunch to eat before the afternoon workshop.
Cash or card for souvenirs and anything extra during free time and downtime.
Any transportation in the city beyond the group motorcoach. The morning college tour is coordinated by Dr. Julian Lazarus.
This is an overnight trip. The group departs Sherwood at 4:00 AM Friday and arrives home around 3:00 AM Saturday. All times are estimates and may shift with traffic and show timing.
