Reserve a Seat →Fair Pricing, No Hidden Fees
Every traveler pays the same all-inclusive rate. The price shown reflects the current projected enrollment of 51 students.
Includes a reserved seat for The Outsiders on Broadway, the 9/11 Memorial & Museum, round-trip motorcoach, and your dedicated professional tour director.
Because this is a group trip, the price per student depends on how many students travel with us. Fixed costs, like the coach and the tour director, are shared across the whole group, so the more students who join, the lower the price for everyone.
If the group does not reach its projected enrollment, the price will adjust to match the actual number of registered students, and that adjusted price will be applied to every registration. This adjustment is finalized at least 30 days before the trip, on or about September 15, 2026. The best way to keep the price low is to encourage classmates to register early and stay enrolled.
| Students | Price Change Per Registrant |
|---|---|
| 50 – 54 (current: 51) | Current price |
| 45 – 50 | +$13.63 |
| 40 – 45 | +$30.76 |
| 35 – 40 | +$56.74 |
| 30 – 35 | +$82.72 |
| 25 – 30 | +$124.94 |
| 20 – 25 | +$189.38 |
| 15 – 20 | +$299.84 |
All prices in USD. Subject to availability. Talkback sessions are offered upon availability and are not guaranteed.
Before You Register
Please review these policies carefully before completing your registration below.
Your deposit is non-refundable from the moment it is paid — it holds airline seats and hotel rooms that are committed immediately. After that, what is refundable depends on how close to departure you cancel, on a published schedule that reaches zero 30 days out. See our Terms & Trip Policies for the full table, and register only when your family is ready to commit.
Because payments are non-refundable, we strongly encourage families to consider travel insurance, which may be purchased through an independent third-party provider at checkout. Review the coverage carefully before deciding.
Your final price depends on total enrollment. If the group falls short of its projected size, the price will adjust to the matching tier and apply to every registration, finalized at least 30 days before the trip.
Plan Ahead
A quick but important reminder that meals are not included. Please send your student with enough spending money to cover breakfast, lunch, and dinner, plus anything they would like for souvenirs.
