Reserve a Spot →Fair Pricing, No Hidden Fees
Every traveler pays the same all-inclusive rate. The final per-person price depends on your group size, with 3 complimentary chaperone places already built in. See the full rate chart below.
Includes round-trip flights, four nights in Times Square, five Broadway shows, two workshops, the Museum of Broadway, a Radio City Stage Door Tour, guided sightseeing, welcome and farewell dinners, all transfers, and your dedicated professional tour director.
Because this is a group trip, the price per person depends on how many travelers join us. Fixed costs, like the tour director and the group rates, are shared across the whole group, so the more travelers who join, the lower the price for everyone.
The complimentary chaperone places are already factored into the rates below. Final pricing is confirmed once your group size is set, and that rate is applied to every registration. The best way to keep the price low is to encourage classmates to register early and stay enrolled.
| Number of Pax | Quad | Double | Single |
|---|---|---|---|
| 15 to 19 travelers | $2,092 | $2,653 | $3,775 |
| 20 to 24 travelers | $2,035 | $2,581 | $3,673 |
| 25 to 29 travelers | $1,999 | $2,536 | $3,608 |
| 30 to 35 travelers | $1,975 | $2,504 | $3,564 |
All prices in USD per person and subject to availability, and include 3 complimentary chaperone places. Quad is 4 students per room (best value), Double is 2 per room, and Single is 1 per room (typically chaperones). Final price is confirmed once group size is set. NYC subway transit is not included; the city is now fully contactless, so set up Apple Pay or Google Pay, though no traveler will spend more than $34 total on transit.
Before You Register
Please review these policies carefully before completing your registration below.
Your deposit is non-refundable from the moment it is paid โ it holds airline seats and hotel rooms that are committed immediately. After that, what is refundable depends on how close to departure you cancel, on a published schedule that reaches zero 30 days out. See our Terms & Trip Policies for the full table, and register only when your family is ready to commit.
Because payments are non-refundable, we strongly encourage families to consider travel insurance, which may be purchased through an independent third-party provider at checkout. Review the coverage carefully before deciding.
Your final per-person price depends on total enrollment. Once the group size is set, the matching rate applies to every registration. Registering early and encouraging classmates to join keeps the price as low as possible.
